Our Quality control team is an integral component of the group since we consider customer service to be of paramount importance.

Customer's comment Forms, which we receive at the end of every service, is regularly monitored by the Quality control department. As far as possible, we try to implement the improvements or suggested reforms with our suppliers as well.

These comments also give us an insight into customer satisfaction, and help us in planning future programs.

Training comes under the umbrella of Quality Control. We consider a continuous training program to be of vital importance to the growth of not only our group, but for individual development and growth as well. Thus, when our more experienced staff moves to senior positions within the group, we already have a well-trained pool from which to draw the next generation.
